Submit Your Pet Bird Memorial

We welcome you to submit a memorial and photo of your dearly departed pet for inclusion on   our site. Just fill out the following form and press the 'submit' button to have your tribute added. It may take us up to 2 weeks to include your memorial on our site, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

If you would like to include a photo with your memorial, please send a scanned gif or jpeg image, no greater than 100kb in size to [email protected] If you would prefer to have us scan a photo for you, please send the photo, properly labeled, to: Pet Net's  Pet Bird Memorials P.O. Box 661 Manuels, NF   Canada A1W 2N1 (please include $5.00 for shipping and handling if you would like your photo returned to you)
